realactoferrin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, temperature deviations, or documentation errors caused by third-party carriers or user-provided data. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the logistics fees paid for the specific shipment in dispute.

realactoferrin reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if a user violates these terms, fails to comply with Nigerian Shippers' Council regulations, or engages in fraudulent documentation practices. Termination does not relieve the user of payment obligations for completed services.

These terms may be updated with 30 days' written notice sent to the email address on file. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree may terminate their account before the changes take effect.
